Blocking my abusive ex completely on my phone

I moved back to PA last year from NC where my ex lives. We have two children age 12 and 7 ..He doesn't pay child support and never calls or txts about the children, he just calls and txts drunk to be belligerent towards me... Can I legally block him completely on my phone so he cannot txt or call me anymore and harass me...? Thank you

Unless there is a court order to the contrary, it's your phone. You pay the bill. You can block anyone you want to block, reject the calls of people you dislike, or even change your number and give it only to a few select people that you choose.

And after that (which is perfectly legal), expect Dad to run into court and get phone contact/phone or webcam visitation added.
