What type of trouble can one be if they signed a birth certificate saying they were the father of a child knowing they are not? Is that a not a felony?
Here is the situation..
My boyfriend's ex was pregnant when he left her.. she started dating this guy about 4 months before giving birth to her daughter.. we found out this man who can not even have anymore kids, signed saying he was the father.. we have an appointment with a lawyer Thursday to find out if my boyfriend is the father but now after finding out about the BC my boyfriend wants to press charges if this is his daughter... so what I want to know is what kind of trouble is this man in?
