birth certicate name is different

I have recently moved back to Nevada, the state I was born in. I have lived
in another state for 95% of my life. Having been using the name of my step
father since I was 2. My SS card and drivers liscence are not the same as
my birth cert. Never legaly adopted. But I can't get a NV drivers liscence
because of the name on my birth cert. Any quick sollutions?

I would suggest doing a legal name change. It would be similar to if you got married, and in fact people do name changes other than for that. You are probably going to have to go to the courthouse and fill out the papers.
