If you have a bench warrant for child support from 2 years ago and you are currently making payments will you be sentenced to jail time. What is the purge amount that you have to pay to get out of jail. What is normally the percentage of the arrears(purge amount) that you have to pay to get out

When you turn yourself in, give that list of questions to the lawyer you bring with you.

When you make your appearance at court, the judge, the prosecutor and your lawyer will work all that out.
