Behind on child support and can't license to sell insurance

I am currently in arrears with my support and am seeking to acquire my life insurance license in anothe state where I am living. The state licensing will not allow me to obtain my license if I am behind or not paying support. What can I file with family court to allow me to get my license to earn the additional money needed to begin making payments to my support order?

You will need to ask a child support attorney if there are waivers or variances or something under the law.


This, in my never to be humble opinion, is a really stupid law: You are not paying support so we will deny you a way to pay support.

Yes I agree just like them suspending my drivers license and business license. I am not avoiding my obligation just having difficulties. Thanks for your reply!
