Read the papers. Obama claims he can magically make many border invaders legal.
A federal judge in Texas has enjoined Obama from pursuing this strategy.
At the moment, the border invaders are screaming foul.
If one wants to LEGALLY immigrate to the USA (one certainly wonders why), the inquisitive soul can contact these fine folks www.uscis.gov or speak with an immigration attorney.

The child cannot confer any legal rights until the child is 21. Dad may have other options available, but it has absolutely NOTHING to do with Obama or Texas.
