I was arrested for tresspassing on land that my property has used to access a beach for 60years, with notice of the abutters, without permition (adverse possession) and recently won aquittal pro se in a jury trial. How do I keep the police from re-arresting me: I have affidavits indicating 42 yeas of seamless use. What is the process nfor resolving this?
