I posted an ad for barn wood you remove on craigslist. A man responded and we spoke over email, he just didn't want would but wanted the whole barn thru and email stream we agreed he would cut the electrical line as well as would completely clean up the demolition. I had him sign a statement of liability as well on the same document that he would demolish it thru a three day span. He left five yards of demo debris, left a live wire hanging, nails and big debris blew all over my yard. Flattened my tractor tire. Can I sue him and his business he referenced in conciliation court?

Sure, but you'd better take dated photos of everything and incur the cost all the remediation so you can bring receipts to court along with your documentation of the responsibilities he accepted.

Also check the MN small claims procedures and see if MN requires that you send him a demand with a deadline before you sue him.
