Who knows, someone might just have acquired 20-30 AMEX, Visa, and Mastercards in YOUR name.
Heck, you might now own three or four thoroughbred horses or have a $500,000 line of credit at several Vegas casinos.
To answer your question, Google "pro se bankruptcy filing", or go to the US Bankruptcy Court website for LAX and they should have offered some advice for pro se litigants, such as yourself!
Or, pick one of those thousands of TV ads from BK lawyers and talk to one. Pro se BK filings these days are extremely difficult.
