We are going to have to file bankrupty because we can no longer afford our home. We moved over a year ago and rented it out becuause we were having problems then. What will happen to our tenants when we file. Do they have any rights to come after us?

I'm a little unsure what you are asking? Whether your declaring bankruptcy will permit your tenants to file suit against you? I'm not sure they would or whether it would even be worth their while if they would go through the trouble of getting an attorney. How much could they possibly receive for breaching a lease with a few months remaining, if that's what you are asking?
