    if i file bankruptcy on mt dads funeral and my brother signed to pay for it too
    do we all have to file

    You won't be allowed to file bankruptcy for one debt.

    But, if you do, you stick your brother with the debt.

    I suggest you speak to a bankruptcy lawyer to learn more about the process.

    No, not necessarily - it depends on whether your brother needs/wants to file for bankruptcy.
