This is all in Nebraska. Filed Chapter 12 reorganization in Nebraska late 1996 early 1997. All secured claims were paid on a 3 year plan, the Trustee said it was all done. Got a discharge in may of 2000. On the discharge papers it said that all creditors were bared from further claims. In 2002 the creditors foreclosed on property with false information. Now we want to get properly reimbursed for all the damages that they have done. What they have done is to ignore a judges ruling. So now how or what do we need to do to get things going in the right direction? How do we go about getting this into a court magistrate?
