Business Contracts Bally Total Fitness to LA Fitness

I was a holiday health spa member since 1984. Bally bought them out and they grandfathered my agreement. La Fitness just bought them out and in the process of transferring, they made an amount error. I was told by LA Fitness if they send an email with the right amount, they would honor it. I spent 6 months giving them all the documentation they required. They told me they won't honor the amount change after giving them exactly what they asked for. What could I do? They mentioned that they would honor the contracts from Bally and they are not

I would not patronize any merchant that cheats me.
