Mar 5, 2008 #1 M miker85 New Member I posted bond for a mutual friend of mine for her boyfriend. The bondsmen are now demanding 4000.00 in payment. What can I do from a legal stand point? Do I have any options to resolve this matter so that I am not liable for payment?
