howdy,

so i am a car salesman at a very large dealership. part of the job is to go clean cars off and plow the lot. i had a customer today who wanted to look at something, and my boss forced me to go out and follow the guy to our other location (normaly a 10 minute drive). But, here is the thing::::: there is a driving ban in effect. we recieved a lot of snow. the roads are not plowed well, highway traffic is 20 miles an hour. i felt unsafe and afraid to drive out there. he then proceeded to yell at me about not wanting to go, treatning to take me off the deal if i didnt go. (im paid commission, so if i didnt go, i loose money). can he force me to go? do i have any legal rights, or do i just have to go out in this bad weather, risking my life, because he wants to get paid??

please get back with me ASAP...im still at work and would like to take it to the owner.

carsalesguy.
