i lived in Miane 18 years ago and moved back to Idaho leaving a woman pregnant i was only 17 years old at the time and the woman was an adult now i have an outstanding childsupport bill that Idaho is trying to collect for maine and Idaho is threating my drivers license isnt there something i can do being she was the adult and i was a minor at the time

Nope, You created the child and if paternity was established you owe child support if there was an order filed, or if mom was on government assistance. What makes you think you can wiggle out of CS just because you were a minor? You turned an adult a year later and should have supported that child for the additional 17 years.
