30 years ago I got divorced and my ex moved out of state so he wouldn't have to pay child support to our 3 children. About 3 years ago I started recieving checks because michigan found him through SSI and taxes. Now he owe's over $100,000. He was only order to pay $25 per child per week. I'm now raising our grandson. He is now living in Georgia and is remarried. He has land and a house. He is very unhealthy. If he passes-will all he owe's be erased or will I be able to go after his asset's ?
