I live in Washington state. Paternity has been extablished for my 15 yr. old son. His father is paying child support now. There was never any support for the first 15 years of his life. Can I legally go back and get support for those 15 years?

No, why should you be allowed to? It took you 15 years to establish paternity you can only go back to when paternity was established and child support filed. Going back 15 years would be ludicrous for the dad if you did nothing until now to establish paternity. Now, if you were on state assistance, the state will go after Dad.
