Hi,

I am currently in business with a company who placed a large order with me, ($160k worth of product). I started purchasing goods to fulfill their order only to get a call today with them asking to cancel the order. I am curious what their responsibility is for the goods they ordered and if they are legally allowed to cancel.

It depends entirely on the agreement you/they signed. Alternately, it depends on your corporate policies regarding cancelled orders and returns.
