My B2 Visa was annulled twice the first time I paid, the second time overstayed by 6 weeks each time. How long do I have to wait for my waiver? Thanking you for a reply, in despair

I don't know. No one can really say. The way you're behaving, you might not get another one.


Why not contact the authorities (immigration) and ask? Otherwise, stay where you are. It's probably just as good there, as it is here. The entire planet sucks these days.
