Hi i would like to know if my B1-B2 visa expires 3 months before my I-94,is this overstaying or not.I came in U.S.A. in September.My visa expired in December,but my I-94 expires in March this year.Am i overstaying or not?
You can obey the I-94 date but I would not advice you to do that if it is not absolutely necessary. But yes, it is legal but you would have to answer questions at the embassy the next time you ask for a visa.........it can get complicated. So make a copy of your I-94 and keep for your records.
