received two traffic violations 12/21/2006:
speeding 59/40 and no proof of insurance.
my intent was to appear & show prooof of insurance (purchased car night before and left ins card with dealer)
forgot about appearance, didnt pay fines
last week state denied registration renewal as registration and license suspended by courts.
current MVR shows license suspended 4/2007 and registration suspended 7/2008.
called court asking for hearing, was told no!! informed only option is to pay fines to collection agency where my account was placed due to non payment over the last 2 years. Fines total $1588.
Tried reading AZ law and statutes..... I give up!!
