My daughter in South Carolina can't afford the lease on a Volvo she got about a year ago.
Is there any way she can get out of the lease?
She is not even using the car anymore and still just keeps paying and paying.

The lease agreement will explain the options she has regarding termination of the lease. She would probably have to pay some sort of penalty fee for canceling prior to the lease end date and it's not cheap.

You can go to www.swapalease.com to see what options she has. She might be able to find someone to take over the lease from her. She needs to make sure they are able to put the lease in their name to get it off her credit.
