Auto dealer negligence

Since buying our car in July of 2014 We have always done the maintenance at the dealer we purchased it from because we paid for an extended warranty that covers oil changes and car Inspections, but in December of 2014 it started making a strange squeking noise under the car and we notified the dealar and took it in for inspection, after the inspected it they told us it just needed an aligment and they did it and charged us for it, but the car kept making the strange noise , so we then took it back various times to get it inspected only to be told it was nothing . Well our parking brake started to make a strange noise as well when engaged so we took it back again and they replaced it under warranty but, it kept making the squeking noise under the car it did from the previous year only this time it was louder, so we took it back today and we even requested the mechanic to ride with us so he can hear the noise and he did, so he said he would take a look at it again. Upon inspecting it this time they find out that the axel and wheel bearings are bent and damaged and told us that the factory warranty does not cover and it would cost us out of pocket to repair , this is serious damage we are talking about , we could of been in a serious accident driving around in this car thinking that everything was okay because the dealer inspected it since the begining, instead of telling us from the first time we took it in for this problem that these parts have to be replaced because this can cause an accident they had told us everything was okay, can we sue the dealer for negligance?

No. You have no damages. They did not cause the problem with the car. you owe for any repairs outside of the warranty and would have had it been found this year, last year, or somewhere in between. You can't sue based on what might have happened.
