I was in an accident April 28 2008 the person was not hurt at that time. I got a summons a couple of weeks ago. His lawyer is stating that he is hurt and all that. How do I request the evidence that his lawyer will be using against me in the lawsuit. I am on disability. Thank you for taking your time too look at this.
