I just started my business under sole proprietorship and now I need some expert advice, please. I would like to incorporate my business but I am not sure if I am allowed to or even how. I need some advice on what entity would work best for me, just anything you can tell me. I have asked around and I keep getting different versions, making me very confused.

You should hire a business/tax CPA first to find out what tax situation suits you best.

Then you hire a business lawyer to help you set up whatever you find out is best for you from the CPA.
