Filed unlimited civil case initiation forms a couple of days ago: Summons, Civil Case Cover Sheet, Complaint-Contract, 2 Causes of Action-Common Counts and Breach of Contract. Did not file copy of promissory note. How do we file attachment now? Or can we just bring with us to first court date? And contract states defendant will be responsible for attorney fees. We chose according to proof. We have receipts for attorney consultations. At what point do we provide copies of these receipts? Receipts get filed also?
