ASSAULT BY Correction officer

I was arrested by correction officer four times, they wont arrest her. I went to the hospital with bruises, severe bite marks, fractured nose. As a result of the issue i lost my job, and my internship. I want to sue her for damage and losses...what can i do? no one will help me =*(
