You should speak with an attorney. A local attorney can get a copy of the police report and find out the strength of the case against you. It may well be that it is a dog of a case and can be resolved without ever going to court. But, you will not know until you see the report that led to the DA requesting the warrant.
Now, if you live in one of those states where individuals can swear out their own warrants, this may be much easier. But, you should still speak with an attorney.
