Assault & Battery assault / agg/fel, no weapon

Good Afternoon everyone,

I am in quick need of an actual definition of what the offense "0314 assault - agg / fel, no weapon" means, State of Ohio. I tried searching several sites and could not find anything. What It boils down to is that I need to know if I am correct in thinking that this is a Felony level Assualt offense?

Any help would be appreciated!
