Hi there

I am from Australia QLD.
I have put in 3 times letters to the Court to the Prosecution with no response and I believe my rights were seriously breached.
I requested Via a Notice Of Discovery a Proclamation Certificate for certain acts that have been passed and what they are charging me with in which they failed to respond to ANY OF THEM??
Why not just respond to shut me up??

The courts in Australia are far more complex and complicated procedurally than any US Court before which I've practiced.

Australians who proceed "pro se" are far more disadvantaged than are their US cousins.

You need to familiarize yourself with certain procedural rules and a few odd assorted laws, if you insist on proceeding pro se.
