Question: Do you have to be actually SICK from asbestos to get a law firm to take your case?
What about DOCUMENTED EXPOSURE. Multiple OSHA violations and fines are in my hands. Company and contractor are both publicly traded on NY Stock exchange. Both were fined and job site was shut down. Over 75 contractors exposed. People were fired for whistleblowing to OSHA. This never even made the local news. Lots of politics involved.
