Short answer: No. When you buy a vehicle as is and you do not get it inspected, you take a risk. You have the burden of proving the seller knew about the previous problem. If they claimed the clutch was brand new and then the clutch goes out and it was in fact not new, then you MIGHT be able to sue them for repairs but you have to prove the buyer knowingly misled you.
