Arizonia AG vows to withhold funds from Maricopa county

I imagine they would get to the actual fraud committed and hope it is enough to expose the scam election results.

It's bullshit politics. I'm a Republican and was as upset as anybody by the state changing colors.

There was no fraud. It's time to put an end to this stupidity and stop beating the dead horse.

This is a dead horse that has been beaten to death. And the real problem is not with the machines. It was with the mail-in ballots.

I would like to think that there is a reason why so many voted for the absentee dementia patent aka Biden but there is no explanation. Axios is a very liberal biased news source so I was surprised they even picked it up.

Because Trump alienated voters when he became problematic. I'll tell you something. I voted for Trump. Unfortunately, my reason was that he was the lesser of two evils. The other evil being a raving socialist. Now I'm sorry I voted for him given his and his cronies post election shenanigans.

I hope Maricopa (my) County puts up a fight and puts that self-aggrandizing AG in his place.

I am (my wife first suggested it) thinking that the same suicide bombings which happen in France and the likes will start occurring here. Too many foreign nationals (posing as refugees) and not being vetted especially. I guess it could be a good thing that they are taking them to the East and West coast, but I fully expect more mass bombings like Boston coming to major US city near you. Of course the government agencies will say that they have it under control which they don't. You can never depend on a government, especially a corrupt one to take care of you and your family. If you do then you are fool.

Trump is Trump, and I did not agree with all of what he did. At times I wish he would have not fielded questions from media. However, our enemies feared us, we remained safe, and while the world mocked him and us. They respected and feared us and all those bad deals were working in our favor for a change. I do not like the fact that all former presidents like Bush, O'Bama, Clinton, et. al. add their two cents into everything that happens.

I don't think that's correct. In 2016 62,984,828 voted for him. In 2020 74,216,154. That's 12 million more votes.

Biden received 16 million more votes than Hillary did.

Those numbers tell you that voter participation was much better in 2020 than 2016. It doesn't tell you much else other than more people were motivated to get out and vote. But in terms popular vote, two things are notable. First, Trump lost the popular vote both times. So, while he did win in 2016 on the electoral vote, he was never the choice of a majority of voters. Second, in 2016 Trump got 48.8% of the popular vote, and in 2020 he got 47.7% of the popular vote. So his support slipped a little bit in the second election. What mattered more was where he lost his support, and that tended to be in the swing states — the ones that resulted in the electoral vote flip.

I've long thought we should do away with the electoral college. It is an ancient system that no longer serves a useful purpose. If we truly support democracy as the bedrock of our system and that all votes should count equally then the candidate who wins the most votes should win. And by that measure, Biden beat Trump handily, getting 7 million more votes. While I'm no fan of either man, I strongly believe that our election system should be fair and do two important things: (1) have each vote count equally and (2) award the election to the one who got the most actual votes. The electoral college system always fails on (1) and as recent elections have shown, it can do a poor job of (2).

I would give PA because no way Trump would win that state but there is no way GA went for Biden. LOL, they played the numbers manipulation game in that Atlanta corridor and flipped the state to Biden.

Would not have mattered though Trump would have needed AZ, MI and another state to flip the results and this wasn't happening. At least he blocked Hillary from being president. if Biden makes it 3 more years then he will be 1 and done as well.
