Are Wage Garnishments form one state enforceable in another

Is an Indiana Corporation, not incorporated in Michigan, legally bound by a Request and Writ for Garnishment from a court in the State of Michigan. Does the Indiana Corporation have to honor said writ and garnish the wages of that employee. Would the Bill Collector not have to file the Wage Garnishment in the State of Indiana to bind an Indiana Corporation to garnish its employee's wages?

Yes the bill collector would have to file his/her garnishment in your state to make it valid.
