A prestigious resort company acquired the spot where we've had a timeshare for a few years. At first I was excited about the value of our vacation home going up, but all that really happened was everything got more expensive. They've raised our maintenance fees and prices for everything are through the roof. My question, from a legal point of view: can we opt out of our contract with the new management? Does raising prices and costs constitute a breach?
