Hello guys, I'm very sorry if this is not the right section, but I was confused on where to put this.

Somewhat of a simple question though: At birth and with growing up, I suffered from facial deformities which looked injurous and caused extreme emotional abuse from all my peers, and even from my parents themselves. At 17, my parents, at the recommendation of a doctor who decided to step in and be one of the first people in my life to treat me like their own child, paid for a surgery that correct these deformities. My parents refused to take me to a specialist, though, and only let me have this surgery with a local "plastic surgeon" who botched the procedure completely based on my physical pain, the look of the feature, and according to later diagnosis, plus my own research. Beyond the extensively deformed look of the procedure, it left my my feature severely worse, with severe chronic pain to the point I throw up and need to go to the emergency room. Despite all this, though, my parents have extreme religious and fanatic beliefs, some of the pertaining to how they somehow think that courts are sinful, in which they will not sue my previous doctor. They also are against medicene, meaning I rarely get the appropriate care or medication, and I'm in constant pain and deformity that leaves me handicapped and unable to get any sort of job or start at life of my own. I am now 20 and I need help in any way possible, I don't have insurence, I don't have a job, I don't live near a town, I don't have any relatives, and I am in physical and emotional pain all the time because of my birth defect and because of my botched procedure. Because all of this relates to things that happened when I was a minor, and simply because they stem from birth problems, aren't my parents responsible, even though I'm now 20 (and as they should have seen to it that all these problems were fixed when I was a minor, it was constant neglect and I should have reported it), shouldn't my parents still be responsible for it financially and legally, even down to the court costs for suing the surgeon, my medical bills, and for covering any sort of thing that, while relates, impares my life drastically because of those things that happened when I was a minor?

Please help! I need it!
