Are beneficiaries notified by probate court?

The court appointed executor is responsible for notifying beneficiaries. They provide a record of their endeavors to the court.

As matter of fact, one would think that this is exactly the purpose of probate court - making sure that the money flows to the proper beneficiaries (and that taxes are paid to government! )
