Are all used products sold as is unless specified with warranty?

I sold a used car stereo that was working perfectly to someone. I never told them there was a warranty with it. I told them to take it to a stereo shop to be installed correctly. they insisted on installing it them self now they say its broken and they cancelled there check. I filed a small claim case against them and i was just wondering if they have any chance of winning the case

No, and in fact you may be able to contact the police. I would think that this would fall under theft.
