I am new to the forum, so I appologize if this is in the wrong spot, but it seemed like the best place to start.
My girlfriend (not wife) purchased the appliances for a house that is in my name. Her name is not associated with the new house at all. Now we are breaking up, and she wants to take the appliances which the remodeled kitchen was build around and are already installed.
I offered to pay her back the complete cost of new appliances (which she doesn't even need) but she wants to uninstall the appliances and put them in storage just to be spitefull.
I was wondering if since the appliances are installed they are legally part of the house or something like that. Any legal advice would be appreicated. Thanks!
