I Filed My Petition For My Fiancee K1 Last March 2008, But Was Denied November 12, 2008, Ins Claimed That I Have No Enough Evidence To Prove That Me And My Fiancee Did Not Meet Within 2 Years Before I File This, But In Truth I Submitted All Evidence They Might Need, Pictures, Joint Account In Philippines, I Stayed There For 2 Years. What Else Do I Need To Submit With The Form For Appeal That They Send To Me And The $585, Within 30 Days. If I Filed The Appeal How Long Will It Take Again To Wait For The Result?what Is The Best Evidence I Can Give To Them? What About The Statement Of Our Friends And Relatives Who Witness Our First Meeting? Please Please Reply Immediately. Thank You And God Bless You All

A joint bank account doesn't mean you physically met. How about travel receipts, boarding passes for airlines, trains, itineraries, hotel receipts, photographs of the two of you together? These would indicate that you actually met each other.
