What would a defender do in a situation after reading written in probable cause afidative defender was a realitive to another that was wanted .However a minor and never enough to convict but said never to return to county. Also to keep in mind belief of arrest was set up by anger individual whom plant something . You pull away a cop right behind pulls you over for a license plate trim he stated. Then ask you to get out the car slammed on ground then arrested . 2 hours later big felony charges are placed and after bail phone and other personal property was not released with defender. So 3 days you find out it's in the impound with car. Also your recording from start when pulling over is erased. Now after plea from told by attorney id better not try a jury trial. So 6 months probation and 18 days before finish they have slapt several violations with no knowledge a pure shock. But even more it's even ignored by attorneys when speaking about this as if it's ok .So what now sentence the defender on suspended time . Yea all along this was the plan . So what to do because this state is hard to see the light with what I've seen .

I'm sorry, I think you'll need to try again and be more clear.

If you believe you've been treated unfairly you can discuss your issues with attorneys in your state.

There is no way strangers who discuss legal matters have any ability to impact your case.

In the future if stopped or hailed to stop by the police, STOP.

Remain calm, be polite, don't argue the case in the street, proclaim your innocence, just comply with the officer's instructions, and you might be arrested, cited, or warned.

Once you're free, speak to a lawyer.

The place to contest the arrest or citation is in a courtroom, not on the street at curbside!

I don't know if maybe English isn't your first language, but you'll have to explain your situation more coherently if you want anyone here to be able to make sense of it and answer whatever your question might be.
