I moved to Baltimore in March, I have custody papers an child support papers to be delivered to soon to be ex-husband in Alabama. Having a family member deliver them. What paper do I need to have so he signs that he recieved them? An can I print it off the computer?

It depends on where you're filing the forms. Are you filing in MD? If so, check here:

I doubt he will sign. I would use a regular process server. They will send you the form to be filed with the court after they serve him. Service has to be by a disinterested party.
