my fiancee' and I just went down and picked up his mother she's been married for a month now to a guy who forced her to marry him but that was all in WI. Now she's back with us in MN and we need to get this whole marriage thing taken care of. How do I go about this?

well we wanted it annuled but he charged a shit load of stuff on her credit card so I want a little more advice

I don't know how one "forces" someone to marry them but..

you have to have specific grounds for an annulment. Fraud is one, there are others. Google it for your state but its probably going to cost more money and time to get an annulment rather than just get a divorce.
