Annulment

How long does someone have to get an Annulment and what are the guidelines for getting one. It has been 3 weeks and both parties agree it was a mistake to get married.

Will we have to go through steps of a divorce?
What if he is an illegal alien in the us what will happen to him after we get an annulment or divorce if his work visa has ran out.

A divorce is easier than an annulment.

So get a divorce.

Thanks, What if his work visa has run out what would happen to him if we got divorced. We have a child together. Would they make him leave or would someone have to report him to get him to go. He has threatened to leave with child and I would never find him. What resources do we have. Where would one even start to get answers. I'm afraid he will just take off with our child.
