annulment/divorce questions

* i got married in boston, MA in june 2005.

* in october of 2005 i found out my husband was a heroin addict.

* after the last year of trying to make it work we have decided to part ways. i am in debt from credit cards, cell phones, school loans, and family loans. im trying to figure out the cheapest way to end our marriage.

* we currently live in PA and i wasnt sure if that made a difference when trying to get an annulment. also - if we COULD get an annulment based on our circumstances. since he knew he was an addict when we got married and i had no idea, i thought that might constitute fraud.

* as much as i would love to get financial justification for the last year and a half, i dont expect him to pay me anything since he has nothing. id rather just get him out of my life. we dont have any kids or property together. only bills that i would rather just pay off with loans and be done with it.

ANY ADVICE OUT THERE???

See an attorney if you want to pursue an annulment but honestly, it is probably going to be a lot less hassle and cheaper just to get a divorce.

On another note, how could you not notice he has a heroin addict before you married him? Generally it is pretty obvious somebody is hooked on drugs especially heroin. Thankfully you do not have kids.

Divorces are way easier to get.
