Hello, I am a Canadian citizen, I have met and married a Serbian guy who was going to be deported, because I fell in love with him and I thought he loved me too, we had a relation before he left and then when I heard of his pending deportation I panicked and married him, hoping to avoid deportation, but the law in Canada stated that he need to leave the country and then through my application he will come back as my husband, so I fill out all the proper paper, and he left after our marriage in 2 weeks, he has been gone now for two month but during this time, I found out he doesn't love me and he is only using me, and he has no intention of staying my husband.
I would like to end this marriage, who will I do that? Can I have it annulled? what are the procedures? I was previously married and I have two young kids. I would like to get on with my life without further incidence, what could I do?
