Annullment in VA - misled young lady

I have a friend who married another guy shortly after knowing him. Then she found out that he had another girlfriend and was marrying her just to obtain a greencard. He never told her he went to jail for Marijuana and he ripped her off by taking alot of her money directly out of her ATM leaving her broke. It has been 90 days since the marriage today and she is broke and looking for advice on how she can either get an annullment or void the marriage somehow. Any suggestions?

She can certainly ask for annulment but it is probably cheaper and easier just for her to get a divorce.
