We completed install of landscape pavers. Cutomer signed contract with two month warranty. Customer was unhappy with pavers, and would not allow us to fix any issues. Customer is demanding partial payment back, or they will seek legal action (not small claims in his words). Do we pay the partial payment? If so where can we get a legal document for customer to sign for not further action?
 
You can Google "construction waiver" there are many samples on the net.
Or, you can simply create one, you sign, he signs.
It's a future release of liability form you're looking for, OP.
