What is the process that I need to go through to get a QDRO signed by a jusge due to child support arrerage, non-compliance with medical and dental coverage. College expenses for incoming freshemen. This student is currently in senior year of high school and has been accepted a 4 universities all are out of state? I need advise as to which documents to read to prepare for this apperance.
